Transcript Requests
The Office of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Richmond is the custodian of records for schools that have been permanently closed. Records for schools that merged with another school are held with the merged school. All records requests are processed through the Office of Catholic Schools.

The Office of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Richmond holds records for the following closed schools:

- Guardian Angel Academy, Staunton (closed in 2007)
- Holy Cross Regional Catholic School, Lynchburg (closed in 2020)
- Marymount High School, Richmond (closed in 1993)
- Sacred Heart-St. Augustine School, Richmond (closed in 1987)
- St. Emma Military Academy, Powhatan (closed in 1972)
- St. John Vianney Seminary, Richmond (closed in 1978)
- St. Vincent De Paul High School/Bollingbrook/Gibbons, Petersburg (closed in 2001)
- Van De Vyver School, Richmond (closed in 1969)

Merged/Renamed Schools
- St. Elizabeth School, Richmond merged with St. Paul School, Richmond to become All Saints Catholic School, Richmond (merged in 1982 )
- Norfolk Catholic High School became Catholic High School in 1993. The school was renamed Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School in 2003 and reverted back to Catholic High School in June 2019.
