Affording a Catholic Education

Does affording a Catholic education seam out of reach? The Catholic Diocese of Richmond and our schools are committed to offering an excellent Catholic education at an affordable price. Thanks to the support of our parishes, donors, and communities, our schools are able to offer Catholic school scholarships, grants for siblings and parishioners, and flexible tuition payment options to lower tuition and help your family afford a Catholic education. While each school in the diocese has their own tuition structure, the average Catholic school tuition in the Diocese of Richmond is *$7,500 for Kindergarten – 8th Grade and *$12,750 for High School. (*Tuition and aid varies by school.)

We recognize the sacrifices you make to provide this opportunity for your child. The investment you make today makes a lifetime of difference. Your child will be prepared for college, career opportunities, and the future guided by their faith, strength of character, and lifelong friendships.

"My boys have had best friends since Kindergarten and Junior Kindergarten. Friendships that I’m sure will last a lifetime. Although it can be a sacrifice to send my children to a private, Catholic school, it is one that is very well worth it!"
