Initial Students
- APPLY and be accepted to a school in the Diocese of Richmond.
- PAY the Diocese of Richmond Registration Fee.
- RECEIVE an I-20 from the Diocese of Richmond.
- PAY the SEVIS I-901 Fee and provide receipt.
- SCHEDULE a VISA interview with a U.S Consulate/Embassy in your home country.
Transfer-In Students
- APPLY and be accepted to a school in the Diocese of Richmond.
- PAY the Diocese of Richmond Registration Fee.
- COMPLETE the Diocese of Richmond Transfer-In Form.
- COMPLETE Transfer of current I-20 using the Diocese of Richmond SEVIS Codes.
- PROVIDE Diocese of Richmond with the following: I-20 application, school acceptance letter, current passport and visa.
- THE PDSO will complete and process the Transfer with an updated I-20 and email the new official I-20 to the student.
Transfer-Out Students
- SUBMIT new school acceptance letter.
- COMPLETE the Catholic Diocese of Richmond Transfer-Out Form.
- PROVIDE contact information for the new International Student Advisor.
- PROVIDE the SEVIS School Code for the new school.
